Corrine

  

Corinne is a dedicated movement and Pilates instructor specialising in mindful, cross‑discipline fitness, blending Pilates, functional movement, and body awareness to create uplifting and restorative sessions. Her teaching is centred on connection, presence, and intelligent movement, supporting clients to leave each class feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected than when they arrived.


Teaching Approach and Movement Philosophy

Corinne’s classes are guided by a holistic approach to fitness that recognises the deep connection between physical movement and mental wellbeing. She places equal emphasis on strength, mobility, breath, and nervous system regulation, creating sessions that are both energising and grounding.

Her teaching style is:

- Encouraging and inclusive, welcoming all experience levels 

- Mindful and precise, with clear cueing and options 

- Focused on helping clients feel confident and supported in their bodies 

Each session is thoughtfully structured to improve posture, functional strength, coordination, and overall movement quality.


STOTT PILATES® Training and Apparatus Expertise

Corinne is certified across multiple STOTT PILATES® disciplines and apparatus, including:

- STOTT PILATES® Matwork 

- STOTT PILATES® Reformer 

- STOTT PILATES® Cadillac 

- STOTT PILATES® Chair 

- STOTT PILATES® Barrels 

She recently completed her Advanced Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels exam. Corinne is now comprehensively certified across ALL STOTT PILATES® apparatus and ALL levels.

This breadth of education allows her to confidently support a wide range of clients, from beginners to advanced movers, using both mat‑based and fully equipped studio sessions.
