Aurora is a STOTT PILATES® Mat and Reformer instructor with a rich background in professional dance, offering dynamic and thoughtfully structured Pilates sessions that blend precision, strength, and fluidity. Originally from Southern Italy, Aurora left her hometown at the age of 11 to fully pursue her passion for dance, an early commitment that continues to shape her disciplined yet expressive approach to movement.
From Dance to Pilates
After a dance‑related injury redirected her career path, Aurora discovered Pilates as a powerful tool for recovery, strength, and long‑term wellbeing. Inspired by its effectiveness and intelligence, she began her Pilates training in 2020, with the aim of helping others move better, feel stronger, and build a healthier relationship with their bodies.
Her personal journey through injury and rehabilitation gives her a deep understanding of safe progression, body awareness, and the importance of sustainable movement practices.
