After completing his STOTT PILATES® Matwork certification, Gwyn has spent the past two years teaching regular Matwork classes in Bermondsey, working with a wide range of clients seeking improved posture, strength, mobility, and stress relief. He has since expanded his qualifications to include STOTT PILATES® Reformer certification, allowing him to offer more personalised and equipment‑based Pilates sessions.
