As a fully equipped STOTT PILATES® studio, we feature Reformers, four Stability Chairs, a Cadillac, and Barrels, allowing us to deliver a broad range of equipment-based and mat classes, including Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and dynamic Circuit sessions. Our offerings also include private one-on-one and duet sessions, providing personalised guidance while fostering meaningful connections within our studio community.

Rob (our founder/co-owner)

Rob is a respected Pilates and movement specialist with a global reputation for excellence in teaching, training, and studio leadership. With decades of international experience, he combines technical precision, compassionate coaching, and a results-driven method to help clients and instructors perform at their best.

Corinne is a dedicated Pilates and movement instructor specialising in mindful, cross‑discipline fitness. Her uplifting sessions build strength, mobility and connection. STOTT PILATES® Certified Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, she delivers holistic training for total physical and mental wellbeing.

Toby is a movement practitioner with over ten years’ experience working with diverse clients, including actors and dancers. Trained in STOTT PILATES® Reformer, he uses Pilates to manage his height and hyper-mobility while engaging the mind. His teaching blends his background in math, music, acting, and directing.

Sherrine

Sherrine is a passionate STOTT PILATES® trained instructor specialising in Matwork and Reformer Pilates. After 20 years in finance, Pilates transformed her strength focus and balance. Her friendly, supportive teaching empowers clients of all levels to explore movement and build physical and mental wellbeing.

Gwyn

Gwyn is a certified STOTT PILATES® Matwork and Reformer instructor with 10+ years’ experience, inspired by mentor Rob. Teaching in Bermondsey, he helps clients build strength, improve posture, and embrace mindful movement. Pilates balances his architect career and fuels his passions for cycling and windsurfing.

Aurora is a certified STOTT PILATES® Mat, Reformer, Pre/Postnatal Pilates, ZEN•GA® Matwork and Total Barre®  instructor from Southern Italy, trained since 2020. With a dance background, she teaches private and group classes across London. She delivers challenging sessions that boost strength, mobility and wellbeing!!

Sue is a STOTT PILATES®–certified instructor specialising in Mat and Reformer. With a background in dance, tech and content creation, she found desk work—not dancing—caused her injuries. Sue now she teaches upbeat, welcoming sessions that build alignment, flexibility, core strength and balance.
