Sherrine is a STOTT PILATES® trained, specialising in Matwork and Reformer Pilates, with a passion for helping clients build strength, clarity, and balance through mindful movement. After spending more than 20 years in the finance industry, she discovered Pilates as a powerful antidote to the physical and mental demands of a fast‑paced professional life.


From Finance to Pilates

Pilates became a transformative practice for Sherrine, supporting her in strengthening her body, improving posture, and sharpening mental focus while restoring a sense of balance and wellbeing. Experiencing these benefits firsthand inspired her to transition into Pilates teaching, with a strong desire to help others access the same positive changes in both body and mind.

Her background in a high‑pressure corporate environment gives her a deep understanding of stress management, resilience, and the importance of sustainable movement practices in everyday life.


STOTT PILATES® Training and Approach

Sherrine is currently completing her STOTT PILATES® Matwork and Reformer training, developing a strong technical foundation in contemporary Pilates principles, alignment, and safe progression. She is committed to expanding her knowledge and teaching experience, continually refining her skills to support clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.


Teaching Style and Client Experience

Known for her friendly, approachable, and encouraging teaching style, Sherrine creates a supportive and empowering class environment where clients feel comfortable exploring movement and developing confidence in their bodies. Her sessions focus on:

- Building functional strength and stability 

- Enhancing body awareness and posture 

- Supporting mental clarity and stress relief 

She believes Pilates should be accessible, enjoyable, and effective, meeting each client where they are and guiding them toward long‑term wellbeing.

At Body in Sync, Sherrine shares her enthusiasm for Pilates through engaging Matwork and Reformer sessions that are both fun and thoughtfully structured. Her goal is to help clients move better, feel stronger, and leave each class feeling uplifted, balanced, and empowered.
