From Community Wellbeing to Pilates
With a professional background spanning health, housing, and community services, Octavia brings a compassionate, people-focused approach to Pilates teaching. Her experience has centred around wellbeing, collaboration, and trauma-informed practice, supporting individuals to build confidence, resilience, and greater connection within themselves and their communities.
Pilates became an important part of her own wellbeing journey, leading her to pursue training in the STOTT PILATES® method. She was particularly drawn to its emphasis on precision, movement quality, postural awareness, and functional strength.
